Free-text search across the 2874 published records from 138 CAZy families. Terms are matched against gene symbol, synonyms, UniProt accession, species, enzyme function, donor and acceptor fields; multiple words are combined with AND.
Search runs entirely in the browser against
assets/js/gt-index.js, so it works from a plain file system with
no server. Rebuilding the site regenerates the index.
