    • Major focuses include AI/ML, Glycoenzymes, Glycoproteins, Training, and Education.

How does BioF:GREAT work?

    • BioF:GREAT is designed with users of our resources in mind.
    • Users can request Glycoanalytic analyses, Glycoenzymes, and Bioinformatic AI/ML tools, in addition to Educational and Training Courses.
    • Users can submit Proposals for larger projects that may be funded by BioF:GREAT. 

How do I request Glycoanalytic services from BioF:GREAT?

    • Navigate to User Facilities Glycoanalytics, search for a specific Glycoanalytic Service, and click Contact Us to request a service.

Does BioF:GREAT and the User Facility do more than just Glycomics and Glycoproteomics?

    • Yes, AI/ML and glycoenzyme projects as well as training and education.
    • Yes, the BioF:GREAT User facility provides other analytical services such as Glycan sequencing, Sites of Glycosylation, Monosaccharide/Linkage, Sialic Acids, Bioinformatics, and Glycolipids analyses and more!
    • Additionally, the BioF:GREAT team works in conjunction with the NSF supported NMR facility.

How do I order Glycoenzymes from BioF:GREAT?

    • Glycoenzymes can be ordered by browsing our Glycoenzyme Catalogue and requesting a quote for glycoenzyme of interest. 
    • Glycoenzymes are funded by BioF:GREAT and the NSF for academic and government institutions.
    • Glycoenzymes of interest not currently in the catalogue can potentially be generated. Contact the BioF:GREAT team to discuss your idea.
