Search the Repository
Free-text search across all 386 gene records. Terms are matched against gene symbol and synonyms, UniProt accession, NCBI GeneID, protein annotation, CAZy family, source species, the vectors each construct was built in, and DNASU clone IDs. Multiple words are combined with AND, so sialyl human matches records containing both.
Search runs entirely in the browser against
assets/js/record-index.js, so it works from a plain file system with no server. Rebuilding the site regenerates the index. Searching a clone ID is the quickest way to find which gene a plasmid in your freezer encodes.
