NDP sugars and sugar derivatives

Nucleotide-sugar donors, sugar analogs and protected derivatives synthesised and purified by the BioF:GREAT laboratories. Compounds are purified using Teledyne CombiFlash preparative chromatography systems and supplied for use as donor substrates in glycosyltransferase reactions and chemoenzymatic synthesis.

Xylose compounds

Synthesised and purified in house, supplied at >95% purity as a white to off-white powder, with 1H NMR corresponding to the assigned structure. Store at −20 °C. Prices are per quantity of compound; select any compound to open a request form.
